Every dog bath uses the close-open-close method: a conditioning pre-treatment, a deep cleanse, then a sealing conditioner, finished with a signature cologne mist. Your dog or cat gets the time, patience and spa touches that a quick in-and-out groom skips.
To provide the highest level of care for your pet we have a safety policy. If at any time your pet gets nervous, anxious, scared, aggressive, or even overly silly, we slow down and help your pet to be comfortable and calm. It’s very important to us that the pets in our care are kept safe and stress free. We use sharp tools and need to prevent injuries.
We will work with your pet to help them feel comfortable. This will build a great experience for successful groomings for your pet’s lifetime. Your pet may not be groomed to perfection today.

A conditioning pre-treatment protects the skin and coat before shampoo touches them, so the cleanse stays gentle and never strips natural oils. Shampoo then lifts away dirt, oil and odor. A second conditioner seals in moisture, calming the skin and leaving the coat soft, smooth and shiny. A thorough rinse and dry finish the bath, supporting healthier skin and a healthier coat between visits.

A half hour session using Fear Free counter conditioning and desensitization methods to train your dog to be calm and comfortable for the grooming process for the rest of their life. Begin training as early as 8 weeks of age and old dogs can learn new tricks also!
Gentle, low-stress bathing with cat-safe products. We use Feliway pheromone spray in place of essential oils, which are toxic to cats.

Short-haired cats have two haircut options: the standard Full-Service Groom with sanitary trim, or a Lion Cut. Long-haired cats may choose any style: the standard groom, Lion Cut, Tiger Cut or Teddy Bear Cut.

Applies to core grooming packages for any Doodle, Poodle, Chow Chow, Akita, Samoyed, Shiba Inu, Pomeranian, Siberian Husky, Afghan Hound, Alaskan Malamute, Great Pyrenees, Keeshond, Leonberger, Newfoundland, Saint Bernard, Tibetan Mastiff, Pekingese, and mixes with similar coats. Dense curly or double coats take extra time and specialized care.
Mats pull against the skin and take much more time, skill and care to remove safely. Severe cases may need a shorter cut for your pet's comfort, or a referral to a vet. Matted coats are billed at the De-Matting rate, assessed at check-in based on the coat's condition.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice, and missed appointments, are charged 50% of the service.
